Feeling loved

Our world has changed a lot,
Since I first met you.
We have had our quarrels
We have had compromises
We have sacrificed a lot.

But, there has been no day I have felt unloved, unwanted.
You stuck with me and always gave me a chance
Never left my side, whatever be the circumstance.

The love that I have for you is overwhelmed by what you have for me
It’s like a mighty river falling into the sea.
But all I want is to love you even more

Rise everyday by your side and be loved evermore.

Sometimes its just about the fight, not the result
Sometimes its just about running, and not the race
Sometimes its just about the journey, not the destination
Because, you are not only made by your victories
Or the failures that you have had
But also by your effort, sacrifices and the will that kept you going.

I have travelled distant lands
In search of what, even I don't know
Is it something that lies ahead, or things that were left behind
Or something that has tagged along.

Gratitude

Life has come a full circle

You have taught me what my father could not.

As I realize his love through you,

Falling Again

There are few decisions that are almost always wrong

Not to fall in love is one such thought

You can only pray it won't happen again

But the heart has it's own mind

Though there are good things about falling in love again.

You realize that you have fallen.

You realize when the heart misses a beat

And when everything else turns secondary

If her smile can take away all your days pain

If that's what drives you all day long

Then I can't complain but fall

Fall a thousand times in your love

Summarizing Life

Maybe its the struggle and the pain,

And then to move forward with these new experiences.

Maybe its to live the moment and then let it go,

So that this journey can produce more moments to cherish about.

Maybe its to fall in love with someone,

And then realize that you could have never been more complete.

Maybe its the choices you take at each juncture,

Which comes back to you with its questions and answers.

Its a feeling of gratitude which says

That, each breath you take is the gift of someones sweat and sacrifices.

Its a dream about the future unseen,

And the hope that you are there to see them come true.

Its a promise that though we will all have to go one day,

We will be remembered for our love and our sacrifices,

For our moments and our choices.
